WELCOME
Hello, I’m Deb Robertson
I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate the daily stresses of modern life.
Throughout my two decades of learning and teaching, I have found Vedic chanting and yoga philosophy to be a constant source of comfort. My passion is to extend this comfort to you.
I offer Vedic chanting, yoga therapy, breathwork and meditation practices tailored to your unique needs, circumstances, and stage of life.
FOR EVERYONE AND ANYONE
Navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and resilience.
Whether you’re struggling with the pace of change in a chaotic world, navigating health changes or seeking to strengthen your spiritual resilience, we can work together to support your nervous system and emotional regulation.
I began my yoga vocation in 2000 and over the past two decades, I have completed nine years of formal study to qualify in Yoga Teaching, Yoga Therapy and Vedic Chanting.
Trained in the tradition of T Krishnamacharya, I have undergone extensive training and education across India and Australia, from a range of renowned and deeply knowledgeable teachers, including Menaka Desikachar, Judith Lasater, Donna Fahi and Leslie Kaminoff.
